We’re looking for an energetic recent graduate in Hospitality Management, Food & Retail Management, Culinary Science (or related field) to join our vibrant coffee shop operations in Eswatini.
This is a hands-on, in-store, fast-paced role where you won’t just learn—you’ll actively create, influence, and elevate how customers experience the brand every day.
☕ What you’ll be doing:
- Develop exciting new beverages, food items & seasonal menu innovations.
- Train and support barista, FOH, and BOH teams in-store.
- Elevate customer experience through feedback and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to social media and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and support operational decision-making.
🌟 What we’re looking for:
- Recently qualified graduate. A degree in Consumer Studies, Food & Retail Management, Hospitality Management, Culinary Science etc.
- Passion for food, coffee, and customer experience.
- Comfortable working retail hours in a live store environment.
- Hands-on, energetic, and eager to learn on the floor.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
