What You’ll Do
- Openings & Closings: Lead full-service pool openings and winterizations, including cover installation/removal and equipment priming.
- Maintenance: Perform weekly vacuuming, skimming, and filter cleanings (DE, Cartridge, and Sand).
- Water Chemistry: Test and balance water precisely using professional-grade kits
- Equipment Repair: Diagnose and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and salt cells.
- Automation: Set up and troubleshoot modern control systems (Hayward OmniLogic, Jandy iAquaLink, Pentair IntelliCenter).
- Customer Service: Maintain professional communication with high-end clients regarding their pool’s status and needed repairs.
Job duties for this Service Technician role will include:
- Drive to and from accounts in a company-provided vehicle (uniform, tools, and cell phone provided)
- Evaluate each pool and perform necessary maintenance **NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO START, WILL TRAIN
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Communicate with Service and Repair managers
- Build meaningful relationships with clients ranging from brand new pool owners to high end commercial managers.

Requirements:
- Be outdoors for the majority of the workday
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Shift is Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with longer hours during peak spring/summer season
