Are you a high-energy "appointment setter" who thrives on the phones? We are looking for a relentless, aggressive Appointment Setter to join our fast-growing life insurance team. You will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, setting the tone for their entire experience.
WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. If you are used to people calling you nicely to ask for help, you will not survive this role. We do not want overly polite, soft-spoken customer service mentalities. We need hardened, experienced COLD CALLERS. You must have incredibly thick skin. You need to be someone who is used to getting hung up on, told "no," and dealing with the daily struggles of outbound calling—and who just smiles and dials the next number because you are hungry for the commission.
The Role & Compensation You won’t be manually dialing. You will be using a high-speed, 3-line predictive dialing system to make 600+ calls per day to the US (Mountain and Pacific time zones). Your objective is simple: get through the dials, handle the objection, and get them on the agent’s calendar.
- Base Pay: $150 USD per week (guaranteed).
- Bonuses: We offer aggressive incentives for every qualified lead. Your earning potential is entirely in your hands as it is UNCAPPED.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Volume: Manage 600+ outbound calls daily using our automated dialer without hitting the pause button.
- Qualify Leads: Use our proven script to identify needs, handle objections, and generate interest in life insurance.
- Overcome Objections: Use rapid reflexes to navigate rejection professionally, maneuver around excuses, and keep your energy high.
- Manage CRM: Accurately update lead information and appointment notes in real-time (GoHighLevel CRM and Wavv Dialer).
Strict Requirements
- Experience: You MUST have a proven track record in high-volume outbound cold calling.
- Tough Skin (Non-Negotiable): You cannot be easily offended. You must be able to handle rejection and push through the grind of cold calling without taking it personally. You must be able to keep control of the call.
- The "Killer" Instinct: A persuasive, authoritative, and firm phone voice that doesn’t crack under pressure.
- Tech Setup (Non-Negotiable): You must have a modern computer with at least 8GB RAM and Fiber-Optic High-Speed Internet to support our multi-line dialer, CRM and Discord. (You will be tested on this Day 1).
- Environment: A noise-canceling headset and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Night Shift Ready: This is a permanent night shift designed to cover US afternoon/evening hours. Please only apply if you are experienced and comfortable working overnight.
