Jambo Home Loans partners closely with a leading real estate group to deliver smart, client-focused solutions across home financing and property services. We’re looking for a High-Level Client Relationship Manager who enjoys engaging with people, opening conversations, and nurturing long-term client partnerships.
This role suits someone who is confident on the phone, relationship-driven, and motivated by results. You’ll play a key part in connecting clients with the right home loan and property solutions while working alongside experienced sales and real estate professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Initiating outbound contact with prospective clients to introduce home loan and property solutions
- Managing ongoing communication with new and existing clients
- Understanding client needs and guiding them through available financing and property options
- Working collaboratively with internal sales and real estate teams to drive conversions
- Following up consistently to ensure a smooth, professional client experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in client-facing, sales, or calling roles (property or finance exposure is an advantage)
- Strong verbal communication skills and confident phone manner
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working toward targets
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office); personal laptop required
