- Follow campaign scripts and company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous call centre or helpdesk experience is an advantage
- Good communication and listening skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
