  • Maintain high levels of customer service and call quality
  • Follow campaign scripts and company procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous call centre or helpdesk experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be reliable and punctual
