Mission and objectives
MISSION: Empowering men, women, youths and the disadvantaged with the tools necessary to help them improve the quality of their lives. We want the oppressed, the poor and less privileged to live a life of meaning and worth. Key programs of Goodness and Mercy Missions since 2007 are: Women Economic empowerment initiatives, child sponsorship, hassle free education for underprivileged children, computer training and youth livelihood projects.
Context
Goodn and Mercy Missions has been helping rural women break free from generational cycles of poverty to be able to make independent financial decisions since 2007. his has been through hands on business training, Table Banking and Women Cooperatives. Details will be provided to the volunteers to enable smooth execution of tasks. Communication will be by email, WhatsApp and through any other relevant media. Communication will be largely in the English language.

Task description
GMM seeks online volunteers to develop a structured income-generating program specifically designed to support internally displaced women affected by the current anglophone crisis in Cameroon. Online Volunteers will work on the following tasks: 1. Help identify potential ways in which internally displaced women can sustain themselves financially in a corporate manner 2. Help draft project proposals whereby the organization can use to look for funding for the implementation of these programs 3. Help identify potential funding sources and methods whereby resources can be garnered for the implementation of these programs. Communication with volunteers will be by email, WhatsApp and any other relevant media. The Goodness and Mercy Missions team will furnish the volunteers with whatever thing it would take to carry out these tasks.
