We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with excellent written and spoken English skills to help support our growing medical billing company.
Our company works with hospitals, healthcare systems, medical practices, and healthcare organizations throughout the United States. We are looking for someone who can help us identify key decision-makers, build prospect lists, prepare email s and letters, and assist with outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Research hospitals, healthcare systems, and medical organizations throughout the United States
- Identify key executives including:
CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer)
Revenue Cycle Leaders
- Build and maintain prospect spreadsheets and databases
- Research and accurately identify hospital executives and decision-makers
- Use ChatGPT and other tools to help draft, edit, and personalize professional email s and letters
- Customize template email s and letters for individual prospects
- Verify contact information whenever possible
- In some cases, call hospitals to verify executive email addresses, mailing addresses, and contact information
- Prepare mailing lists for brochures, letters, and marketing campaigns
- Keep detailed notes and records of outreach efforts
Requirements
- Excellent written English and strong verbal English communication skills
- Little or no noticeable accent when speaking English
- Strong grammar, spelling, and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong internet research skills
- Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience using LinkedIn for business research
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable internet connection
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience researching hospitals, healthcare systems, or medical organizations
- Experience working for a medical billing company, revenue cycle management (RCM) company, healthcare consulting company, or medical practice is a significant plus
- Experience with professional email outreach
We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, professional, and capable of producing high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Compensation:
- $5.00 per hour
