The Role: We are building a national network of independent healthcare practitioners – our Affiliate Network. We need one exceptional person to own this network end-to-end: recruit new affiliates, manage compliance, build facility partnerships, maintain the database, and keep every practitioner engaged and ready to deploy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Proactively recruit nurses, GPs, specialists, physios, psychologists, OTs, dietitians, podiatrists, audiologists, SHEQ officers and more into the TOTG Affiliate Network across all 9 provinces, and abroad.
- Build partnerships with clinics, hospitals, rehab centres and group practices
- Onboard affiliates end-to-end: documents, HPCSA/SANC verification, compliance agreements and platform activation
- Maintain a live compliance register — PI insurance, registrations, tax clearance, BEE
- Be the primary relationship contact for all affiliates — check-ins, feedback, issue resolution
- Own and update the affiliate database on SharePoint/Excel at all times
- Prepare affiliate CVs and profiles for TOTG tender submissions
- Produce weekly and monthly network status reports
WHAT WE NEED
- Qualification in any health sciences field (Nursing, OT, Physio, Public Health, Health Admin, Industrial Psychology, Social Work or similar)
- 1–4 years' experience in healthcare, occupational health, wellness or health administration
- Outspoken, confident and proactive — you initiate contact, you do not wait for people to come to you
- Strong administrator — your databases are always accurate and your trackers are always current
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, structured trackers)
- Understanding of HPCSA and SANC registration requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-starter — you set your own outreach targets and hit them
Advantageous: Exposure to occupational health, EAP, corporate wellness or government health programmes | tender/bid support experience | existing healthcare professional network | CRM or locum database management
