Role Description
This is a contract-based and fully remote role for a Healthcare Management Consultant. The consultant will collaborate with healthcare organizations to analyze their operations, recommend strategic improvements, and support their implementation. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-depth research, data analysis, creating detailed reports, developing strategic plans, and providing actionable insights. The role may also involve facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to drive organizational transformation and enhance healthcare delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Research and Data Analysis
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Change Management
- Knowledge of Healthcare Operations, Policy, and Administration
- Experience with Report Writing and Presentation Development
- Excellent Communication, Facilitation, and Stakeholder Engagement skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare consulting or a similar role is a strong advantage
