✅ About the Role & Requirements
As a HSE Engineer, you will be responsible for managing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities within the company. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations, identify and control risks, and support the implementation of a safe and sustainable working environment across production and operational activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify potential hazards and implement effective risk control and prevention measures.
- Organize and conduct safety inspections, identify safety issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Develop and implement EHS risk assessment and risk reduction plans.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures, organize emergency drills, and improve incident response processes.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Manage occupational health, fire safety, environmental protection, and workplace safety activities.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Supervise contractor safety and manage approvals for high-risk operations (hot work, working at height, temporary electricity, etc.).
- Coordinate with government authorities such as fire protection, environmental protection, and safety supervision agencies.
- Lead and support the safety team to ensure the effective implementation of HSE policies.
Profile Required
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Protection, Fire Protection, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years of HSE experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably automotive or electronics). Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and environmental standards is required.
