What you’ll do:

  • Documented all the required data violation, incident, accident, observations, PTW, PPEs delivered, Weekly report with score card, monthly audit report.
  • Dealing with the relevant government agencies.
  • Follow up on internal audit reports and rectify violations.
  • Ensure, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
  • Enforce safety practices and procedures.
  • Assist the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with contractors in all Issues concerned with Health and Safety at work.
  • Provide safety briefing, coaching and training.
  • Conduct specific task risk assessment and monitor corrective and preventive action reports.
  • Ensure that safety standards are adhered.
  • Prepare an emergency management plan.
  • Prepare for fire mock drills plans and yearly basis implementation.
  • Conduct safety audits both internal and external.
  • Carry out analysis of accident / incident, identifying trends with RCA and suggesting improvement plans.
  • Provide technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.
  • Provide Safety, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures start up activities.
  • Ensure that safety related documentation and records are updated and periodically communicate it to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare safety toolbox talk topics, HSE Documentation.
  • Identify safety hazards and safety trends.
  • Identify and report operational risk management issue "Safety observation".
  • Develop methods, actions and recommendations to ensure compliance to safety standards.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
  • NIOSH Specialist certification grad A.
  • Completed OSHA, First Aid, and Firefighting courses.
  • At least one year of experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience dealing with government offices (Civil Defense, Occupational Safety and Health, and Environment).
