The Head Roaster is responsible for crafting and maintaining the quality of Espresso Bay coffee. This role focuses on roasting, production, and consistency across all offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Roast coffee according to established profiles
- Maintain and refine roast profiles for consistency and quality
- Maintain proper roasted bean inventory stock levels for each coffee blend
- Handle green coffee intake and storage
- Assist with grinding, blending, and cold brew production
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Assist with production planning alongside Operations Lead
