Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for the position of Head, Partnerships, Corporate & Event Catering. The role involves building and maintaining high-value relationships with corporate clients and event organizers. Responsibilities include identifying partnership opportunities, crafting strategic collaborations, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless execution of catering services for large-scale events. The individual will also analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored strategies that drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management and building Strategic Partnerships.
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify market trends and assess partnership opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in managing corporate and event catering partnerships is an advantage.
- Proficient in strategic planning, goal setting, and achieving targeted business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage or event management industry is a plus.
