Job Description
A medium sized consulting company with offices around the world is looking for a Head of Technical.
Minimum requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of building services and/or plumbing industries.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in plumbing/sanitary field, relationships to contractors and consultants.
• Experience in the design phase, construction sites and building sales.
• MS Office, CRM, CAD (AutoCAD), REVIT/BIM application knowledge
• Project management: acquisition, design, and calculation of projects
• Technical support of our sales/distribution partners and final users.
• Provide the commercial team the required technical support, work aligned with them.
• Lead sales oriented, as well as technical trainings for representative partners and their customers. Ensure site visits and after sales support.
• Build strong relationships with contractors making ours’ their products choice. Organizing and conducting of visits, factory tours and trainings at head office in Europe
• Use of CRM for all sales activities (customer visit planning, contact reports, project information)
