Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Rabat Metropolitan Area for a Sponsorship and Partnership Manager (Responsable sponsoring et partenariat) at ENACTUS ENSAM Rabat. The role involves identifying, prospecting, and securing sponsorships and partnerships that support the organization’s projects and events. The Sponsorship and Partnership Manager will develop sponsorship proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating sponsorship activation plans, ensuring contractual commitments are met, and collaborating with internal teams to align sponsorships with project objectives. The role also includes monitoring performance of partnerships, preparing regular reports, and representing the organization at meetings, events, and networking activities.
Qualifications
- Strong sponsorship and sales skills, including experience in Sponsorship Sales and Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and close agreements.
- Effective partnership and activation skills, including Sponsorship Activation and relationship management, to deliver value for sponsors and partners.
- Event Management experience to coordinate sponsor visibility, logistics, and on-site activations at events and initiatives.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
- Ability to build networks within the Rabat Metropolitan Area and collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working on-site in a dynamic, student-centered environment and taking initiative with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in sponsorship, partnerships, fundraising, or business development, preferably in an academic, nonprofit, or youth-led context, is an advantage.
