A leading industrial manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Head of Procurement to lead both local and international procurement operations and drive strategic sourcing initiatives.

You will be responsible for building procurement strategies that ensure uninterrupted operations, optimize costs, strengthen supplier relationships, and support long-term business growth.
💼 Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Lead local and international sourcing activities for raw materials, spare parts, and operational requirements.
· Identify and qualify strategic suppliers while continuously monitoring market trends.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with local and international vendors.
· Manage the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing to delivery.
· Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Logistics to ensure material availability.
· Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality or delivery performance.
· Monitor procurement KPIs including supplier performance, lead time, and cost savings.
· Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
· Assess and mitigate supply chain risks affecting international procurement.
· Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to achieve operational excellence.
✅ Requirements
· Beni Suef residents are mandatory.
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
· 10–15 years of progressive procurement experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
· Strong experience managing both local and international procurement within manufacturing or industrial organizations.
· Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and purchasing optimization.
· Experience working with ERP systems and procurement software.
· Excellent command of English.
· Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
