  • Develop and execute the presales strategy for B2B solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market demands.
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies in the B2B space to inform solution offerings and competitive positioning.
  • Lead the presales team in crafting compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and develop win strategies for complex B2B projects.
  • Establish best practices for presales activities, ensuring consistent quality and messaging across all engagements.
  • Establish PMO Standards: Develop and implement PMO best practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks to enhance project delivery effectiveness.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor ongoing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation across projects, ensuring that teams are adequately staffed and supported.
  • Performance Reporting: Create and maintain project dashboards and performance metrics to provide visibility into project health and outcomes.
  • Oversee the architectural design of B2B solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions are designed with best practices and industry standards in mind.
  • Conduct solution architecture reviews and provide guidance on technical feasibility and implementation strategies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients during the presales process, addressing technical inquiries and providing expert insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions with clients to gather requirements and refine solution offerings.
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product enhancements.
  • Work with marketing teams to create effective messaging and collateral that highlights B2B solution capabilities.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing presales and architecture team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, encouraging team members to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
  • Establish and track KPIs for presales activities, including proposal win rates, client satisfaction, and solution adoption.
  • Utilize data to drive improvements in the presales process and solution offerings.

Qualifications

  • Education – bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Skills
