We’re looking for a highly driven Head of Operations to build the operational backbone of Postflows.io from the ground up.
This is a hands-on builder role, not a maintenance role. You’ll take ownership of designing and implementing the systems, processes, and infrastructure that allow us to scale efficiently, deliver consistently, and grow profitably.

What you'll be responsible for:
Systems & Infrastructure
- Build and implement our CRM and end-to-end sales pipeline
- Design customer onboarding flows that drive activation and retention
- Establish customer support systems, ticketing, and knowledge base
- Create product documentation, tutorials, and educational content
Team Building & Execution
- Hire and manage support and operations staff as we scale
- Build operational playbooks and scalable SOPs
- Define and track KPIs across operations, support, and customer success
Financial Ownership
- Take ownership of P&L with a strong focus on profitability
- Optimize costs, eliminate inefficiencies, and manage operational spend
- Improve unit economics and overall operational margins

Experience and Skills
- 3–5+ years in operations, business operations, or similar roles (ideally SaaS or tech)
- Experience building operational systems from scratch
- Strong understanding of CRM, customer success, and support operations
- Experience managing budgets or P&L responsibility
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred
- Experience in early-stage startups (0 → 1 builds)
- Technical or systems/automation background
- Experience with no-code / automation tools
- Proven track record of improving profitability
