We are seeking a visionary Head of Operations to join our dynamic team. In line with our company's values of "go tech" and "grow together," you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and improving local operations by analyzing trends and data to make more accurate and efficient decisions
- Leading and managing partner fleet development to ensure strong growth and effective partnerships
- Developing and maintaining relationships with partners while overseeing their support for sustained growth
- Creating efficient flows in driver acquisition and retention, ensuring cost-efficiency in operations
- Supporting new service, product, and city launches, leading special projects to improve operational metrics
- Implementing projects aimed at improving key operational metrics and driving business success
- Leading strategic partnerships to foster growth and new opportunities
Requirements:
• 6 years+ work experience in operations management, preferably in ride-hailing, logistics, or similar industries
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, team management skills
• Data-driven decision maker with a focus on process optimisation
• Ability to manage large-scale operations and drive operational excellence
• Strong stakeholder management and partner networking abilities
• A dedicated team player who excels at enabling others to perform at their best
• A passion for engaging with and learning. A self-starter with a high level of motivation to exceed expectations.
• Fluent in both the local language and English
