Adawy Group is hiring a Head of Marketing to lead and scale the marketing operations
across our integrated business ecosystem.
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-oriented marketing leader capable of
building strong marketing systems, managing multi-sector brand communication, and
leading high-performance teams across digital marketing, branding, media production, and
business growth.
Adawy Group operates as an integrated ecosystem connecting manufacturing, packaging,

infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for Adawy Group and its business
- sectors.
- Build and manage marketing systems, campaigns, and growth strategies.
- Lead social media, content, media buying, branding, and creative teams.
- Oversee brand positioning, communication, and marketing direction.
- Manage campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with media production and creative departments for content and
- campaign execution.
- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitor positioning.
- Build scalable marketing workflows and operational structures.
- Support business growth, lead generation, and brand expansion.
- Prepare marketing reports, KPIs, and performance insights for management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, or similar leadership
role.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good English is required.

- Strong understanding of business growth and scalability strategies.
