The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven Inbound Marketer to design and lead our end-to-end inbound marketing funnels. Your mission: drive an inbound marketing strategy that acquires traffic through organic and paid channels, converts that traffic into introductory product sales, and builds structured pathways into our core offering.

This is a revenue-accountable role that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You won’t just plan the growth — you’ll build it, measure it, and optimize it.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Execution & Leadership

  • Own the overall inbound marketing strategy, aligned directly to revenue objectives.
  • Translate our defined ICP into targeted messaging, channel strategy, and campaign architecture.
  • Determine optimal positioning for both introductory and core offers.
  • Build and maintain a multi-year strategic growth roadmap.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a direct report to ensure consistent execution of the marketing strategy.
  • Set clear priorities and hold your team member accountable for deliverables.

Traffic Acquisition & Engagement

  • Manage ingenious organic and paid traffic acquisition strategies using either short- and long-form content.
  • Design scalable, multi-stage funnels: traffic acquisition → lead → introductory product, prioritising the most effective acquisition channel.
  • Develop lead magnets and entry offers that attract high-intent prospects.
  • Develop and manage SEO strategy to drive consistent organic search traffic and visibility.
  • Convert acquired traffic into introductory product sales through optimised pricing, packaging, and messaging.
  • Monitor buyer behaviour and continuously improve conversion rates across the funnel.

Product Growth & Conversion Strategy

  • Strategically increase the volume of introductory product sales through optimised pricing, packaging, and messaging.
  • Design the correct funnel for each product type — books, online courses, workshops, training, and marketing services — and execute a solid acceleration of demand growth across each category
  • Monitor buyer behaviour and continuously improve purchase rates across the funnel.
  • Develop nurture sequences, remarketing campaigns, and structured upsell pathways that move customers from entry-level products into the core offering.
  • Collaborate with Sales (where applicable) to strengthen lead-to-client conversion.

Performance & Commercial Accountability

  • Monitor funnel performance across all stages and report on what’s working (and what isn’t).
  • Manage our marketing automation and bulk email system (Active Campaign and Substack).
  • Be directly accountable for revenue growth and conversion rates into the core product.
  • Lead ongoing A/B testing and optimisation initiatives to continuously improve results.
  • Produce strategic performance reports with clear improvement actions.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in inbound marketing, growth marketing, and digital strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience driving and scaling revenue-generating funnels.
  • A strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion strategy, and upsell mechanics.
  • You’re comfortable owning performance metrics and translating data into action.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute organic and paid traffic strategies across multiple platforms — including content creation, SEO, and social media.
  • Experience leading or managing a team, with the ability to set direction, delegate effectively, and maintain accountability for output.
