Role Description

The Head of Finance and Administration is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and managing financial statements. The role involves leading administrative functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial advice. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial and administrative processes and contribute to the organization's growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and providing accurate Financial Reporting
  • Strong expertise in Finance and Budgeting with excellent Analytical Skills
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and streamline administrative and financial processes
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus)
  • Experience in financial management within international or multi-location organizations is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
