Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As the Head of Finance, you will oversee the organization's financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. In this role, you will lead financial planning, monitor expenses, analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations, and ensure compliance with local regulations and financial standards. You will work closely with leadership to support business decisions and drive sustainable financial growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Strong expertise in Finance and Budgeting to manage financial planning and resource allocation.
- Sharp Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of local and international financial laws, standards, and regulations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a strong advantage.
