Head of F&B

As Head of F&B, you will oversee all food and beverage operations across our restaurants, bars, banqueting facilities, in-room dining, and special events. You will play a key strategic role in shaping the guest experience, driving revenue, and leading a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining.
  • Ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of service and product quality in line with brand and hotel standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the food and beverage team to drive performance, engagement, and service excellence.
  • Monitor and control budgets, cost of sales, stock levels, and operational expenses to achieve financial targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure menu quality, innovation, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and legal regulations at all times.
  • Handle guest feedback proactively, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Drive upselling initiatives and innovative concepts to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong operational knowledge of restaurants, bars, banqueting, and large-scale events.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Guest-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Relevant hospitality qualification will be an advantage
