Role
We're looking for a Head of Content💚 to lead our creative direction and content strategy. You'll be responsible for making recycling and waste feel exciting, relatable, and appealing to young people.
You'll own our content, come up with bold campaign ideas, guide the marketing team, and help build a brand people genuinely want to follow. You'll also be comfortable being the face of TrashCash on camera.
Qualifications
- Highly creative with excellent storytelling skills.
- Comfortable and confident on camera.
- Experience creating engaging or viral social media content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Able to lead creative direction and inspire a marketing team.
- Passionate about startups, sustainability, and building a company from the ground up.
- Self-driven, proactive, and always bringing fresh ideas.
