Requirements
- Relevant 3 Year Tertiary Qualification preferably a
B Degree
- Minimum of 8 Years relevant experience
- Computer Proficiency
- Valid Code EB Drivers Licence
Key Performance Areas
- Facilitate the development and implementation of
operational agreements and memorandums of
understanding to strengthen internal capacity for
Facilities Management service delivery.
- Ensuring effective and efficient strategy development
and implementation within the department.
- The development of internal Policy framework documents
and the maintenance thereof in line with the approved
policy process.
- The development and facilitation of internal Standard
Operating Procedures for Facilities Management
- Lead, coordinate, and manage strategic business advisory
services and stakeholder relationship management to
support the objectives of the Facilities Management
Department.
