- Lead the cashier team with positivity coach, support, and hype them up to deliver awesome customer service
- Keep the store looking sharp by helping with stocking, displays, and overall organization
- Run the register area like a pro handling cash, POS transactions, and keeping everything accurate
- Answer customer calls with confidence and friendliness (yes, your phone voice matters!)
- Help shoppers find what they need and make their experience easy and enjoyable
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience leading a team in retail or grocery (you know how to keep things moving)
- Strong communication skills you’re clear, friendly, and approachable
- Comfort with POS systems, handling cash, and doing quick mental math
- A customer-first mindset and great phone etiquette
