As part of our strategic growth agenda, we are seeking an accomplished, results-oriented, and commercially astute professional to join our team as Head, Business Development – Waste Management Services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, securing strategic contracts, and positioning the company as a preferred provider of integrated waste management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement OFS's Waste Management business growth strategy.
  • Secure contracts for drilling waste, production waste, tank cleaning, sludge management, solids control, and environmental services.
  • Build executive relationships with operators, drilling contractors, and EPC companies.
  • Lead prequalification, tendering, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify new market opportunities across Nigeria and Africa.
  • Establish strategic partnerships that strengthen OFS's market position.
  • Deliver ambitious revenue, profitability, and market expansion objectives.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business, or related discipline (MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in Business Development within oilfield services, environmental services, or waste management.
  • Strong commercial track record of winning major contracts.
  • Extensive network within the oil & gas industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and industry best practices.
