Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled hardscape lead to take charge of brick paver installations, retaining walls, and other hardscape projects. In addition, you’ll assist with general landscaping tasks, such as planting, mulching, and tree installation. This role requires both leadership and hands-on work in a physically active environment.
Duties
- Lead and execute hardscape installations (pavers, walls, steps).
- Supervise and guide crew members on hardscape projects.
- Assist with general landscaping: planting, mulching, tree installation, etc.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and tools.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Communicate with the team and report progress to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hardscape installation, especially pavers and retaining walls.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Leadership skills and ability to direct a small team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Willingness to perform general landscaping tasks alongside hardscaping.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery
Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
