Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training programs in hair and grooming, including barbering techniques.
- Demonstrate practical skills and ensure learners achieve competency standards.
- Assess and evaluate learners’ progress against trade test standards, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and administrative documentation.
- Stay current with international and local grooming and barbering trends and techniques.
- Mentor and guide learners to achieve professional standards and industry readiness.
- Support the academy in curriculum updates and development of training materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Promote a professional, positive, and safe learning environment

Minimum requirements
- Full trade test certifications in Hair and Grooming. (advantageous)
- Proven experience in barbering, grooming, and hair services.

- Experience in training, mentorship, or education preferred.
