We’re currently seeking a Guest Service Agent who will deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure a superior guest experience. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone with a warm welcome, answer questions, resolve issues, and create an atmosphere where every stay feels memorable.
What You’ll Be Doing (while having fun!)
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and friendly welcome, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out, including payments, room keys, and sharing details about The Devlin’s amenities and policies.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests with accuracy and care.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, finding the best possible resolution.
- Book and confirm reservations with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and stocked.
- Promote and upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize the guest experience.
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions using hotel systems.
- Share your insider knowledge of Lake Placid by recommending attractions, restaurants, and activities.
