Role Description The Growth Marketer will work on-site in Nigeria in a full-time capacity, leading initiatives to attract new clients, expand project pipelines, and strengthen Cleftrock Construction’s brand presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline channels, and analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for growth. This role will involve collaborating with sales, project, and leadership teams to develop clear value propositions, create targeted messaging, and support bid and proposal efforts. The Growth Marketer will also conduct market research on competitors and industry trends, manage marketing content and collateral, and help optimize the client journey from initial contact to contract signing. The position requires a hands-on approach, frequent coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and a focus on measurable results.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, preferably in construction, real estate, or B2B services.
- Strong skills in campaign planning and execution across channels such as social media, email, search, and events.
- Ability to conduct market and customer research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management platforms) is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messaging and presentations.
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales and operations teams and to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of the Nigerian market and familiarity with local construction or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site, engaging with internal teams and clients, and adapting to a dynamic, project-driven environment.
