Key Responsibilities

  • Execute growth priorities across defined segments, geographies, channels, and product pushes.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline with strong conversion discipline.
  • Drive structured activity plans that translate growth priorities into measurable outcomes.
  • Acquire new customers (“new logos”) within agreed target criteria.
  • Own and grow the tail-end and emerging customer base, progressing accounts up the value ladder.
  • Target high-potential entrepreneurial customers with fast decision cycles.
  • Run structured prospecting campaigns using referrals, events, targeted outreach, and industry lists.
  • Qualify leads against defined criteria (need, volume, margin, service model, credit risk).
  • Manage conversion from first engagement through proposal, negotiation support, and onboarding readiness.
  • Translate customer requirements into commercially viable solutions aligned with existing capabilities.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (technical, supply, finance, legal) to shape best-fit solutions.
  • Support pricing inputs, commercial modelling, and proposal/tender submissions in line with governance.
  • Ensure structured onboarding and smooth handover of converted customers to account management teams.
  • Align service models, expectations, and internal readiness prior to handover.
  • Conduct post-handover check-ins to ensure account stability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs.
  • Provide insights to leadership to inform growth priorities.
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and report on pipeline, conversion, and performance metrics.
