Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Salary: ₦150,000/month + Commission
UriSocial is looking for a smart, ambitious, and results-driven Growth Associate to help us grow our customer base.
As a Growth Associate, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting outreach, booking demos, and closing new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
• Generate and qualify leads
• Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, calls, and events
• Book and conduct product demos
• Convert prospects into paying customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support partnership and business growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer acquisition
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
