MNT-Halan is looking for analytical and detail-oriented undergraduate students to join our Growth team.
What will you do:
– Monitor sales, campaign, and operational performance metrics.
– Act as a liaison between the Marketing and teams to ensure smooth
execution of growth initiatives.
– Assist in analyzing the impact of marketing campaigns on category
performance.
– Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure product availability and
operational readiness for promotional activities.
– Support the planning and execution of category campaigns, promotions,
and special projects.
What we are looking for:
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
-Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
