Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our HR department and manage full cycle recruiting for our diverse group of companies. This role involves identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online, and designing employee referral programs. The successful candidate will have an HR academic background and proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job ads.
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Design and implement employee referral programs.
- Source candidates through online channels.
- Screen resumes, update candidates on hiring processes, and conduct interviews.
- Report to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
- Evaluate candidates based on interviews and assignments.
- Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs.
- Update job descriptions and answer candidate queries.
- Provide interview feedback and assist with onboarding new hires.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter or similar role.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience with various interview formats.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize skills assessment centres
