Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall HR strategy across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, L&D, and Organizational Development.
- Build a strong Learning & Development framework for employees across all levels.
- Design and implement leadership development, managerial training, onboarding, and capability-building programs.
- Create training roadmaps for junior workforce development, retention, and career progression.
- Develop structured programs for grooming future leaders and building second-line leadership.
- Identify skill gaps across departments and implement training interventions to improve productivity and performance.
- Drive a strong learning culture across the organization with focus on continuous development and employee growth.
- Partner with business leaders to align training initiatives with business expansion and operational goals.
- Build strategic hiring and headhunting frameworks for senior leadership roles.
- Formalize HR policies, SOPs, performance management systems, and organizational structures.
- Oversee HR operations, employee engagement, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Develop long-term retention strategies for junior and mid-level employees.
- Work closely with founders and leadership teams to help scale into professionally managed, high-growth organizations.
Desired Profile
- 12-20 years of HR leadership experience.
- Strong exposure to logistics, manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, or operationally intensive industries.
- Proven experience in setting up Learning & Development and training functions at scale.
- Strong understanding of leadership development, employee capability building, and retention strategies.
- Experience in senior leadership hiring and organizational transformation.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working closely with founders/CXO leadership teams preferred.
