POSITION INFO:
In group environments, finance is about more than reporting – it’s about creating visibility across multiple entities, aligning operations, and supporting strategic growth. A remote position with extensive international travel is just the right mix of deep focus work and team engagement.
A growing investment and property-focused group is looking for a Group Financial Accountant to join their finance team and support the group reporting function across local and international operations.
This opportunity offers exposure to a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with involvement in group consolidations. If you’re technically strong, commercially aware, and looking to grow within a globally connected business, this role offers the platform to do it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Group consolidations and reporting across multiple entities (German listed entity)
- Preparing monthly management accounts and reporting packs
- Supporting the preparation of IFRS-compliant annual financial statements
- Managing inter-company reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
- Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Supporting international reporting requirements and foreign operations
- Liaising with auditors and assisting with year-end processes
- Strengthening financial controls and improving reporting processes
- Supporting Dubai-based Accountants and Bookkeepers (team of 4)
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- 2-3 years' post-articles commercial exposure in a group setting
- Strong experience in group reporting or multi-entity environments
- Solid understanding of IFRS and consolidations
- Exposure to international operations or foreign entities
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
- Management of accountants and bookkeepers (team of 4)
