We have a superb hybrid opening for an experienced Group Financial Director at a fully integrated, renowned national, brand and communications agency in Johannesburg.

We’re looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with big agency experience to fill this exciting role of Group Financial Director to keep a close on eye on the bottom line.

As the Group Financial Director, you’ll drive the financial success of the company, and will have a team of 12 reporting in to you. Your role involves overseeing finances, ensuring compliance, and aligning financial goals with growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Qualified and Registered Accountant CA (SA)
  • Experience in managing a team of direct reports (currently twelve people)
  • Able to perform at a financial, operational, commercial, and strategic level
  • Able to operate in a high pressure and high paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Able to interact at Group Exco and Board level
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, the advertising, communications and/or media industries – a must.
