Healthcare International Group (HCIG) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven executive to join our leadership team as Group Chief Revenue Cycle & Growth Officer . This strategic role will lead revenue cycle management, insurance operations, collections, contracting, and business growth initiatives across all HCIG entities.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Revenue Growth & Insurance Optimization
• Lead insurance and revenue cycle performance across all HCIG facilities.
• Negotiate and optimize contracts with local and international insurers, TPAs, assistance companies, and corporate clients.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and develop innovative healthcare service packages.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives and market expansion opportunities.
🔹 Revenue Cycle Management & GOP Operations
• Standardize and optimize Guarantee of Payment (GOP) processes.
• Ensure efficient pre-authorizations and insurance verification workflows.
• Implement best-practice FIFO methodologies to improve turnaround times.
• Reduce claim denials and improve operational efficiency across all facilities.
🔹 Billing, Collections & Cash Flow Management
• Lead group-wide billing, collections, and receivables management strategies.
• Reduce aged receivables and improve cash conversion cycles.
• Establish effective denial management and claims reconciliation processes.
• Improve billing accuracy and accelerate claim submissions and settlements.
🔹 Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across insurance contracting, billing, collections, and revenue cycle operations.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Clinical Services, and Commercial departments.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with insurers, TPAs, assistance companies, and corporate partners.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
✔ Achieve 20%–30% annual growth in insurance and corporate revenues.
✔ Maintain GOP turnaround times below 72 hours.
✔ Reduce aged receivables by at least 20%.
✔ Achieve a minimum 95% clean claims submission rate.
✔ Improve collection performance and cash flow efficiency.
✔ Deliver measurable operational savings through revenue optimization and leakage control.
Qualifications & Experience
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management, hospital administration, insurance, TPA operations, or revenue cycle management.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Medicine, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications such as PMP, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Billing, Revenue Integrity, Lean Six Sigma, or related credentials are highly preferred.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, insurance contracting, collections improvement, and operational transformation.
• Strong network within insurance companies, TPAs, international assistance companies, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
