Now Hiring: FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers Physical, Route Based Role
Position: Package Delivery Driver Step Vans and Standard Vans
Location: Biddeford, ME
Pay: $150 to $185 per day route based not hourly
Schedule: Up to 6 days per week. Weekend availability required Saturday or Sunday mandatory

What You Are Applying For
- This is a physically demanding delivery driver position. Drivers are responsible for loading their truck, driving their assigned route, and delivering packages safely and professionally throughout the day.
- Drivers typically begin loading their truck at 8:00 AM. Your day ends once all assigned deliveries are completed.
- You will operate FedEx branded delivery vehicles and use GPS routing systems to complete your assigned route efficiently and safely.
- This is a day rate position. You are paid by the day, not by the hour.
Job Expectations
- Load your assigned FedEx branded delivery vehicle each morning at the terminal
- Deliver up to 100 or more stops per day to homes and businesses
- Lift, carry, and deliver packages throughout the day
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and FedEx routing systems
- Maintain safety compliance with DOT, state traffic laws, and FedEx Ground policies
- Provide professional and respectful customer service at every stop
- Work independently and complete your route safely and efficiently
Training
All new drivers receive 3 days of paid training. Training includes vehicle operation, route procedures, safety requirements, and delivery process instruction to prepare you for your own route.
Pay and Work Structure
- $150 to $180 per day based on route type, experience, and performance
- Paid training provided
- Weekly performance incentives available
- This role is not hourly. Your workday ends when your assigned route is completed
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid U.S. driver license no CDL required
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs
- Physically able to handle repetitive lifting, walking, and driving
- Weekend availability is required
- Reliable, safety focused, and dependable
