The Pet Wash & Grooming Spa – Monroe, GA
Are you ready to grow your grooming career? We are looking for an Apprentice Groomer who already has a foundation in pet grooming and wants to continue developing their skills while working alongside experienced groomers.
Schedule
- Tuesday–Saturday
- Minimum 5-hour shifts
- Opportunity for additional hours as skills develop
Requirements
- Must be comfortable bathing dogs independently
- Must be able to safely perform nail trims and nail Dremeling
- Experience with blow drying and brush-outs required
- Previous experience with shave-downs is highly preferred
- Ability to safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Bathing and drying dogs
- Nail trimming and Dremeling
- Deshedding services
- Assisting groomers throughout the day
- Learning advanced grooming techniques
- Performing basic shave-downs as skill level allows
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
