Job Description
TASTY GALLOS® is seeking reliable and hardworking General Staff Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team in De Deur. Successful candidates will assist with food preparation, customer service, cleaning, and general store operations while maintaining brand standards, speed, hygiene, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties
- Serve customers professionally and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant at all times
- Assist with stock handling and general cleaning duties
- Follow operational procedures and food safety standards
- Work efficiently during busy trading periods
- Support kitchen and front-of-house operations as required
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-food, restaurant, or retail environment advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Must reside in or near De Deur or be able to commute reliably
