Position Overview
The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creative development of visual materials for events, productions, and client campaigns. This role requires a strong balance of creativity, technical skill, and leadership to deliver high-quality designs while mentoring junior designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing event branding, production designs, and marketing visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for events, branding, stage layouts, activations, and production materials.
- Create a wide range of assets, including event branding, social media graphics, print materials, digital campaigns, and presentation decks.
- Collaborate with account managers, production teams, and clients to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Lead the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring all work meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
- Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers, fabricators, and other vendors.
- Stay updated on design trends, event branding innovations, and production techniques.
- Contribute creative input to pitches, proposals, and brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in events, marketing, or production industries.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in creating designs for both print and digital formats.
- Knowledge of event production requirements, including large-format printing, stage branding, and 3D visualization, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
