We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a keen eye for detail and the ability to lead projects from initial concept to final execution while mentoring the next generation of design talent.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative visual solutions for print, digital, branding, advertising, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Lead design projects from start to finish, ensuring all outputs meet brand standards and client expectations.
- Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to produce visually compelling materials that align with brand objectives.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while strictly adhering to deadlines and budget requirements.
- Provide guidance and creative direction to junior designers to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and modern.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency or fast-paced in-house setting.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong professional portfolio demonstrating a wide range of projects and sophisticated creative problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative decisions to stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving design challenges.
