Job Summary
Codelab Projects is seeking creative and motivated individuals to join its Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing (DM) Training Program in Abuja. This program is designed for candidates who are passionate about visual design and digital marketing, and are eager to build practical, job-ready skills in a structured professional environment.
The program focuses primarily on graphic design for digital and marketing use, while also introducing participants to core digital marketing concepts such as content creation, social media management, and campaign support. Participants will gain hands-on experience working on real projects while receiving structured training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing creative visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding projects
- Create flyers, banners, and other promotional materials
- Support content creation for digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in managing and updating social media platforms
- Edit and improve existing design and marketing assets
- Ensure visual consistency in line with brand guidelines
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and training activities
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles (color, typography, layout)
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Interest in digital marketing and social media content creation
- Creativity and strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a structured training environment
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms is an added advantage
