Our client is a fully remote, woman-owned PR and marketing agency focused on B2B professional services firms. They create high-impact campaigns and marketing assets that help clients show up clearly and consistently across channels. This role helps expand the company’s creative bandwidth by turning strong concepts into polished, on-brand deliverables.

Need to have qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • 3+ years of experience creating and formatting visual assets such as e-books, white papers, infographics, social graphics, presentations, and event collateral.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency across many deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint templates.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple production tasks at once.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to follow creative direction and apply feedback accurately and quickly.
  • Agency experience is preferred

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS.
  • Experience supporting brand systems, design libraries, or template management.
  • Interest in AI and creative tools that improve production speed and workflow efficiency.
  • Agency experience or exposure to client-facing creative work.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute design deliverables based on direction from the Senior Creative Director.
  • Create and format visual assets, including reports, infographics, social graphics, sales materials, and presentation decks.
  • Prepare final files for both digital and print distribution.
  • Maintain templates, brand kits, presentation decks, and design libraries.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all client and internal assets.
  • Format content into polished layouts and make revisions based on team or client feedback.
  • Organize design files and asset libraries to support a clean, creative workflow.
  • Collaborate with account and content teams to deliver assets that match campaign goals.
  • Track time, follow SOPs, and meet project deadlines.
  • Review assets for formatting issues, brand compliance, and overall design quality.
  • Support the use of AI and creative tools to improve production efficiency.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and workflow improvements.
