About the Role
Are you a creative powerhouse with an eye for stunning visuals? Bluhive Africa, a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Nairobi, is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our hive! 🐝
You'll be at the heart of our creative team — designing bold brand identities, scroll-stopping social media graphics, and marketing materials for exciting clients across Kenya and Africa. You'll also have the unique opportunity to train our global students, sharing your expertise and inspiring the next generation of African creatives. 🌍
What You'll Do
Design social media graphics, banners, and visual content for clients across Kenya and Africa
Create brand identities, logos, and style guides from scratch
Develop marketing materials including flyers, brochures, presentations and more
Collaborate with the social media and digital marketing team on campaigns
Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
Train and mentor Bluhive's global students in graphic design principles
Stay up to date with design trends in the Kenyan and African market
What We're Looking For
A strong portfolio showcasing your design work
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign or other professional graphic design software
A passion for bold, beautiful, and impactful visuals
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Confidence to teach and mentor others
Experience working with brands in Kenya or Africa (added advantage)
