About the Role

Elance is looking for a graphic designer to support the execution of our brand across digital and physical touchpoints. Working closely with the founder, you will transform ideas into refined visual deliverables while helping maintain consistency across the Elance world.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys designing, organizing, and bringing creative concepts to life with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

* Design presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.

* Create print and digital brand collateral.

* Design website pages and prepare assets for development.

* Produce social media and marketing materials.

* Develop layouts for brochures, booklets, and publications.

* Create mockups, visual concepts, and presentation visuals.

* Prepare files for print and production.

* Maintain and organize brand assets and design files.

* Ensure visual consistency across all Elance projects.

* Support creative research and sourcing of visual references, materials, and inspiration.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field.

* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

* Experience with Figma.

* Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

* Strong organizational skills.

* A portfolio demonstrating clean, thoughtful, and well-crafted design.

Nice to Have

* Experience designing websites and digital interfaces.

* Motion graphics or basic animation skills.

* Knowledge of print production and packaging.

* Basic understanding of AI creative tools.
