We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Msuez UK in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing and advertising materials.
Responsibilities
- Designing and creating visually appealing and effective marketing and advertising materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with the company s brand and marketing objectives
- Creating and editing images, graphics, and layouts using various design software
- Ensuring all designs are in line with the company s brand guidelines and standards
- Conducting market research to stay updated on design trends and techniques
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand their design needs and requirements
- Presenting design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval
- Working closely with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials
- Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Contributing to the overall creative direction and strategy of the company s marketing campaigns
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Experience with web design and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of print production processes and materials is a plus
